Serie A football

The new official PUMA game ball for Serie A, Coppa Italia Frecciarossa, EA SPORTS FC Supercup and Primavera 1 competitions, for the 2024/25 season is the PUMA ORBITA Serie A. 

Inspired by heritage, history and tradition, PUMA's new ORBITA ball is a celebration of the uniqueness of one of the most loved and followed leagues globally. PUMA and Lega Serie A want to celebrate the Italian league, sharing the spirit and passion of fans around the world. 

PUMA, in creating the new game ball for Lega Serie A competitions, was inspired by the emotional intensity that every football fan experiences when their favourite team is on the pitch.

In this first version on a white base, the PUMA ORBITA Serie A features graphics reminiscent of the colourways of the 80s and 90s with geometric elements in vibrant, contrasting colours, which stand out on the 12 large star-shaped panels with a reduced number of seams to allow a better connection with the ball.

The FIFA Orbit Quality Pro uses cutting-edge technology to create an optimal ball that retains its shape and allows for less water absorption. POE foam is added to increase touch sensitivity, providing a firmer feel and better rebound consistency. In addition, the 1.2 mm textured 3D PU surface improves aerodynamics and increases abrasion and wear resistance, prolonging durability. The ball also features a rubber bladder and a PAL (PUMA Air Lock) valve for optimal air retention and rebound.
