EASY RETURNS
To offer a better service to the customers, Thepitchfootball.com offers the RETURN service.
Did you buy the wrong size? Did the product received not meet your expectations or does it have manufacturing defects?
Fill out the return form and ship your package back.
Shipping method and related costs incurred for return from abroad are the responsibility of the customer. We specify that the goods travel at the sender's own risk.
The refund will be made using the method used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs incurred, upon receipt of the product following checks by The Pitch Football Store team.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Follow these simple steps:
1. Download and print the return form
2. Fill out the form in all its parts
3. Insert the form inside your package and close it
4. Return the package
Upon receipt of the product, our team will make the appropriate checks and, if everything conforms to what was stated, a refund will be made through the method used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs.
Please note: do not ship the goods in any way without completing the form.
RETURN CONDITIONS
It is possible to return one or more items ordered in cases where an incorrect size or product has been ordered, or the goods have defects and / or damage.
It is possible to start the free return procedure no later than 14 days from receipt of the product. Return terms are extended to 90 days for The Pitch PLUS members.
The free return is a service valid only for Italy.
The returned items must necessarily be in their original condition, must not show signs of wear and / or use and must be accompanied by the original box or packaging including any accessories. The original boxes of the returned products must not show cracks or signs of damage and must be sent without any type of support (adhesive tape, stickers or labels) applied to the top, but inserted in an additional wrapping (cardboard or envelope) on which the shipping.
The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the goods in our warehouses.
Returns of products with compromised original packaging will not be accepted.
Returns of customized products will not be accepted.
Returned items will be checked by thepitchfootball.com which reserves the right to refuse return based on the above.
